Renault Trucks confirms the distribution of Flexis electric light commercial vehicles

In a press release published on 23 February 2026, the Volvo Group announced a strategic change to the business model of Flexis*. 
Within this new framework, Renault Trucks, a Volvo Group company, confirms that it will remain a partner and investor in the project and will distribute Flexis developed products from 2027.

The distribution of these innovative fully electric light commercial vehicles aligns with the current successful business model between Renault Group and Renault Trucks for light commercial vehicles. The integration of Flexis vehicles into the Renault Trucks offering further strengthens this strategic partnership.

With this new generation of electric vehicles based on a single “skateboard” platform and a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture, Renault Trucks reaffirms its ambition to offer a complete, high-performing and competitive range, meeting the growing demands of decarbonised urban logistics.
Renault Trucks has set itself the objective of doubling its light commercial vehicle sales by 2030.
